Refunds
Please send a detailed email stating your reason for a refund. Agency Folks will reply to acknowledge receipt with an estimated time your refund will take, pending approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or card issuer as it may a few working days before your refund is officially cleared.
