4. Paid Listings, Fees & Payments

Some services on Agency Folks are paid, including promoted or premium job listings.

By purchasing a listing, you acknowledge that:

• All prices are displayed in AUD (unless stated otherwise)

• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider

• Fees are non-refundable once a listing has gone live, except where required by law

It is your responsibility to review listing details before publishing.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect role details supplied by the advertiser

• Lack of applications or hires

If a technical error occurs on our side, please contact us promptly and we will assess the issue in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including branding, copy, graphics, and design — is the property of Madmatch Pty Ltd trading as Agency Folks unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Employers retain ownership of their job listing content but grant Agency Folks a licence to display and promote it.
